SpringRiver Private Foundation Trust is a family-owned non-profit created to “enable transformative experiences” in the New England area. With their focus being on the natural world and environmental concerns, their financial support is paramount to inspiring others to respect and care for this magical world around us.
Project Goals
Before embarking on their website project, the family behind SpringRiver came to the Julia Balfour team with a name and a request for a logo. They wanted an identity that felt like the inspiration behind their name — a stunning river in Vermont — and their focus on environment-centric causes. Through discovery, research, and moodboarding, the SpringRiver Private Foundation Trust logo system was born. Featuring clean modern sans serif, a color palette based on nature, and organic yet refined line drawings, the SpringRiver logo perfectly captures all that the Foundation values.
