Betsy Grauer Realty sells New Haven’s most beautiful properties. As long-time and devoted residents, they know the stories behind New Haven‘s neighborhoods, and they pride themselves on pairing buyers with their next home.
Project Goals
Many of their clients are educators and physicians headed to New Haven from out-of-state to work at Yale University or Yale New Haven Hospital, and Betsy’s website is often their first experience with this team of real estate experts. It was important for Betsy’s website to reflect the area’s heritage, speak to their sensibilities, and to make their educated and discerning clientele feel at home.
Make Yourself at Home
Design
The creative team brought a feeling of classic New England to Betsy Grauer Realty in several ways. The humanist typefaces and restrained color palette of warm neutrals, slate blue, and gold were the foundation. The site is accented with finials, flourishes, and patterns that work together to evoke a sense of the Ivy League. Photographs of New Haven’s skyline and different neighborhoods help to provide a sense of place and paint a picture of the area.
Development
API Customization
Betsy and her team manage their business through the online listing service iHomeFinder. Our development team integrated their platform seamlessly with Betsy’s site. Rather than bouncing to a third party, buyers can browse for homes, schedule showings and request information while remaining on the website, inside the branded experience.
